Tasty Veggie Fried Basmati Rice

1 cup brown basmati rice
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
1/4 cup frozen corn
1/2 small red bell pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped) or 1 tbsp. dried cilantro
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook rice according to package directions.
Sauté onion and celery in olive oil until onions are translucent.
Add bell pepper and continue to sauté for 1 minute.
Add cilantro and corn and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add salt & pepper to mixture and add mixture to cooked rice.
