Sweet but Sugar-free Chia Pudding
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups soy milk or any nut milk
2 tbsp. maple syrup
10 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top (optional)
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Pour into dessert dishes and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
