Outrageously Tasty Vegan Parmesan Buns

2 cups flour

1 cup vegan yogurt

1 cup vegan parmesan (grated)

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. dried rosemary

I tsp. dried parsley

3 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and rosemary. Carefully combine flour mixture and yogurt together without too much stirring.

Add grated parmesan to mixture.

Form dough into 12 buns with your hands.

Place buns on baking sheet (cover with parchment paper first) and brush each one with olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven (they should be nice and golden on top).

Remove from oven and brush the tops again with olive olive and sprinkle with parsley flakes.

Serve with vegan butter.
