Gen’s Guilt-free Vegan Sauce/Dip/Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (my favorite is Veganaise)
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped) or 1 tbsp. dried cilantro
1/4 tsp. cayenne (use more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tsp. paprika
3-4 tbsp. soy milk or any nut milk
These amounts make a nice sauce for potato dishes, sandwiches, etc. For a dip for veggies cut milk down to1 tbsp. and for a dressing for salads use 5-6 tbsp. milk.
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
